Ingredients

4 servings
  • आधा किलो आलू
  • 100ग्राम टमाटर
  • एक प्याज पिसा हुआ
  • चार कली लहसुन की पिसी हुई
  • 50ग्राम मलाई
  • जीरा 2 टेबल स्पून
  • हींग आधा टेबल स्पून
  • आधा टेबल स्पून गरम मसाला
  • 1टेबल स्पून हल्दी
  • 2टेबल स्पून धनिया
  • 1टेबल स्पून पिसी मिर्च
  • हरी धनिया कटी हुई
  • 1लीटर पानी
  • नमक स्वादानुसार
  • तेल

Steps

  1. 1

    आलू को छीलकर उन्हें गोद के पानी में डाल कर निकाल ले

  2. 2

    कढ़ाई में तेल गर्म करें और आलू को सुनहरा होने तक भुज कर निकालने

  3. 3

    कढ़ाई में दो चम्मच तेल डालकर जीरा हींग डालकर पकाएं प्याज लहसुन डालकर सुनहरा होने तक पकाएं

  4. 4

    गरम मसाला छोड़कर सभी मसाले डाले टमाटर डालकर पकाएं

  5. 5

    मसाला पक जाने पर नमक और पानी डालकर ग्रेवी उबलने तक पकाएं

  6. 6

    आलू डालकर 10 मिनट तक पकने दें

  7. 7

    मलाई और गरम मसाला मिक्स करें धनिया डालकर सर्व करें
