Steps

Roast the baingan peel and mash it.

Heat oil in a wok add hing and cumin seeds and sliced onion and saute it.

Add ginger and garlic,green chilli,chopped tomato and salt and saute till leave the oil.

Now add all regular spices and mashed baingan mix well
- 5
Now add green coriander and serve it,
