Boil the sweet potatoes and in pressure cooker and peel it

Put the besna into a utensil and stir it till it becomes golden brown

After it becomes golden brown mix the potatoes into it in another bowl

Now take green chilli, garlic, green coriander, ginger and make a paste of it without adding water

Then take mixture and add into the mixture of besan and sweet potato

Add salt and lemon into it (According to the taste)

Mix the mixture nicely

Then take the matter and give shape to it and shallow fry it. Till it becomes brown in colour.

Your tasty sweet potato kebab are ready.now place it into a plate and eat it with a green chutney
