Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1boiled egg
  • 1/4 cuponion ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2tomato chopped
  • 1 tbspalmond and cashew-raisins paste
  • 1/2 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspshahi jeera
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1slitted green chillies
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper shahi jeera and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add egg and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now add the masalas paste and saute well

  4. 4

    Add tomato and saute well adding salt, turmeric powder and red chilli Powder

  5. 5

    As oil separates add badam paste and mix well

  6. 6

    Add sugar and garam masala powder

  7. 7

    Switch off and serve with plain rice or chapati
