Ingredients

  • 200 gm sugar
  • 400 mlmilk
  • 2 tspcardamom powder
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 8-10 Raisin

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the carrots and grate it.

  2. 2

    Now fry this grated carrots with help of ghee for 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

    After that add sugar in this. Now add 200 ml milk mix and cook it well, after some time add remaining milk cook it well now add cardamom powder,raisin.

  4. 4

    Tasty carrots halwa is ready.

  5. 5

    Granish with raisins.
