Ingredients

  1. 1 pccarrot
  2. 2small PC's of potatoes
  3. 100 gmpeas
  4. 1 pctomato
  5. 100 gmbeans
  6. 2PC's of onion(chopped)
  7. 2 tbsprefined oil
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspcumin powder
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1 tbspfresh coriander leaves
  13. 1 tbspsoya leaves
  14. 1 tspgarlic and ginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker,put refined oil and chopped onions.Cook the onions till it becomes light pink in colour.

  2. 2

    Wash the vegetables.Then chopped carrot,beans, tomato and potatoes. Peel the peas. Now put all the vegetables in cooker with the sauted onions.

  3. 3

    Then put red chilli powder, coriander powder,cumin powder, ginger and garlic paste and salt to taste.Close the lid of the cooker and cook in 2 vessel.Switch off the stove.

  4. 4

    Then after 5mins open the lid of the cooker and cook for 10mins till oil separate.While cooking put some coriander leaves.Garnish it will some soya leaves and coriander leaves.Serve hot with roti and rice.
