Ingredients

4 cupsFlour
1 cupSugar
10Eggs
250 gButter
2 tspBaking powder
2 tspVanilla flavor
2 tspYellow food color

Steps

Mix all the liquid ingredients and add the dry ingredients gradually using mixer.Prepare your baking tray and pour in the batter and bake.

For the topping.
Chocolate Ganache
1 cup sweet chocolate/dark chocolate.
1 cup of sugar
1 cup heavy cream/whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla flavor
Salt(pinch)
Mix all ingredients in a pot and boil,stir continuously untill fully combined,off the fire and refrigerate.

Dazzle the chocolate ganache on your cake and serve cold.

@4321ss pls how do we make the ganache with powdered whipping cream. How can we balance the liquid, Since heavy cream is in liquid, and whipping cream is powdered?
