Feel,dice and wash yam

Cook for about 8-10 minutes in salted water until almost done

Break eggs and add in seasoning,diced onion and curry powder.

Dip in yam in egg mixture and fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown

Place in colander to strain excess oil

Serve with kunu,tea,drink,yaji,soup or sauce of your choice
