Cut paneer into small cubes and slightly fry and keep aside.Cut spinach into small pieces. Wash.High micro for 3 minutes with1 cup of water.

Drain water. Let spinach cool.

Then add oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic,green chillies. Saute for four minutes in low flame. Keep aside and let it cool.

Grind it with spinach. Add butter in the pan.

Add elaichi, cinnamon,bay leaf and red chilli.

Add spinach paste. Add1 cup water. Cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.

Add salt and sugar. Add paneer. Mix cornflour into1 tbsp water and add to the gravy. Let it boil for 2 minutes.Add fresh cream. After 30 seconds put off the flame. And garnish with fresh cream.
