Steps

Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well

Add vegetables and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

Add fish oil and fry well

Add red chilli Powder and cumin-coriander powder and stir fry well till it is soft and moist
- 6
Add sugar and garam masala powder and serve hot with plain rice
