Steps

Chop your onions and fry them. Before they turn brown add your garlic and ginger paste, let it fry until golden brown.

Add your pilau masala and let it cook for abit around 3 mins. Add your peas and let them cook for a while. Add your rice let it cook for a while then add 4 glasses of water. Cover your pot and let it cook under low heat.

Serve with kachumbari or pilipili.
