Steps

Firstly cut the cauliflower in pieces and boil them in water

Take a bowl add maida, salt, red chilli powder and make a thick paste

Then add pieces of cauliflower and fry it

Take a kadhai add 3 tbsp oil and add chopped onion and capsicum and add salt and other spices...

Now add tomato sauce, vinegar and soya sauce.

Now take a bowl add cornflour and red colour and mix it and add water in it...mix it well and add it in kadhai

Now add 1 cup of water....let it boil for sometime

Now add fried pieces of cauliflower and mix it well

Now garnish it with coriander leaves and Manchurian is ready....
