Easy and quick aromat dish.Can be eaten with Chapati or Naan.
Steps

Heat oil in a pan add red dry chillies, onion seeds, mustard powder, 1 tsp coarsely ground powder and stir taking care not to burn.

Add in tomato puree,salt, turmeric, red chilli powder,mix till tomatoes r cooked well.

Add 3/4 glass water Bring to a boil.Add in the paneer cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now put fenugreek leaves, corn flour mixed with water to the paneer gravy. Gravy should not be too thin. Add lemon juice.Achaari paneer is ready to serve.(Pickled Paneer is ready to eat)
