Steps

Heat pan add moong daal and saute for 5-6 mins.

Boiled the daal and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan add red chilli,cumin seeds,garam msala whole and bay leaves till fragrant.

Add all the vegetables and satue, then add tomatoes and satue for 4-5 mins.

Add the boil daal and stir and then add salt,sugar & turmeric powder and stir.

Cover and cook for 3-4 mins & then add ghee & garam masala and stir.

Garnish with Coriander leaves & green chilli and serve hot with boiled rice.
