  • 2onions chopped
  • 1/4 tspgarlic paste
  • 500 gmpasta of choice
  • 1/4 tspginger paste
  • 4/6 fresh tomatoes, finely chopped
  • salt to tatste
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspcumin
  • 1/2 tspfinely crushed coriander
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/4 cupcooking cream
