Steps

Cut the Brinjal 4 times layer by layer.it will be joint from it's crown.

.put all spices & some oil in a bowl.

Spread it in brinjals layer.

Spread oil in it & keep it in pan or oven for 15 miniutes.

Remove it from the flame.

Garnish it with coriander leaf.
