Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2.5 cupscold heavy cream
  • 1 cupNutella/ Hershey's or any chocolate spread
  • Cherries/Chocolate shaving or syrup to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Whip cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form

  2. 2

    Slightly microwave chocolate spread so that it becomes easier to mix. Adjust the quantity of spread as per sweetness desired

  3. 3

    Add chocolate spread to cream and blend well

  4. 4

    Add the chocolate mousse to serving glass. Chill until ready to serve

  5. 5

    Top the chocolate mousse with whipped cream. Add cherries or chocolate shavings or syrup on top. Serve cold
