Sunshine's easy cherry cheesecake no-bake

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven at 350°f. Bake graham cracker crust pie shell at 325°f, in a spring pan for 15 minutes.

Make graham cracker crust with a food processor, add the graham crackers and cold butter cubes, pulse about 8 time, place the graham crackers in the spring pan using a cup to spread evenly around the pan,then bake, take out and let cool.

Mix gelatin and water set aside

In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and whip to a creamy stage, add sugar mixing till all combined and creamy again add milk, vanilla and the gelatin on slow mix, till all mixed together. Place cream cheese mixture in cool graham cracker shell, place in the refrigerator for 3 hours now add your cherry filling on top and let sit in refrigerator for another 3 hours
