Jollof rice with fried crocker fish and vegetable

Wash and marinate your fish with salt, seasoning, blended onion, ginger and garlic, set aside

Wash rice and parboil. Blend your washed tomatoes, pepper and onion, heat the vegetable oil, put sliced onion stir and pour your blended paste, fry till its dry, add your seasoning, curry, I used the old chicken/meat stock I have, add little water then salt to taste, allow to cook until its soft and dry.

Wash and slice your vegetable and set aside. Fry the crocker fish with vegetable oil.

Put pot on fire, put the vegetable inside pot, add your sliced onion, little crayfish and salt/seasoning, heat it a little and is ready. Serve.
