Take amla and water in a cooker,and boil it till one whistle

After one hour mash it and keep seeds aside.

Now put it in a fry pan and mix sugar in it.

Put at the flame till it mix well, but not hard.

Remain overnight for cooling.

Sweet & sour jam is ready, serve it after lunch or eat with bread in breakfast.

Store it in dry glass jar for one year.
