Thinking about what to eat at times as a student can be so annoying, especially when you are very rich 😁😁😁. I was so hungry today and couldn't lay my hands on anything good to eat but then I remembered I had yam. I quickly ran to mama Nkechi's shop to get proper 50.other things I needed was at home. And I made myself this yummy dish. Can't come and kill myself by myself maka na Abu'm student Biko 😂😂😂

Peel, wash and put yam in a pot. Add some water with salt and cover to cook till it's soft. Then bring down the pot, drain the water in it to avoid the yam absorbing the water and set aside

Place a clean pot with oil on fire, add your diced onion and then your tomato with diced or roughly blended pepper. And fry for like 3mins. Add your salt and knorr cubes, then stir together.

Break and whisk your eggs and pour into the pot, leave for like 10secs, stir together and allow to simmer for another 10secs. Bring down your pot

Your delicious egg sauce is ready. Enjoy with your boiled yam, rice or pasta..
