1brinjal l cut in pieces
1 tspjeera/ cumin
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli powder
to tastesalt
as needed oil for frying

Next add oil in the pan on the oven add jeera add brinjal pieces Add turmeric powder keep stir
