1brinjal l cut in pieces
1 tspjeera/ cumin
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli powder
to tastesalt
as needed oil for frying

Next add oil in the pan on the oven add jeera add brinjal pieces Add turmeric powder keep stir

Next add methi sang mix well add red chilli keep stirring up to done
