  1. 1 bunchmethi sang (fenugreek leaves)
  2. 1brinjal l cut in pieces
  3. 1 tspjeera/ cumin
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. to tastesalt
  7. as needed oil for frying

    First cut methi leaves wash keep aside

  2. 2

    Next add oil in the pan on the oven add jeera add brinjal pieces Add turmeric powder keep stir

  3. 3

    Next add methi sang mix well add red chilli keep stirring up to done

  4. 4

    Yummy healthy winter special bhaji is ready
