Tofu, also known as bean curd, is a food prepared by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks. It's is very good for health, rich in protein.

Tofu, also known as bean curd, is a food prepared by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks. It's is very good for health, rich in protein.
Steps

Marinate the tofu:-take a bowl, add tofu, curd, and all dry masala, and mix well and rest for 15-20 mins.

For Masala :-Soak onion mantra and garlic mantra in water for 10-15 mins.

Heat oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, and cinnamon powder and saute for 1-2 mins.

Onion Mantra doesn't take too much time to cook

It takes 4-5 mins to cook.

Add Garlic mantra pieces and cook.

Add all masala and cook for 1 min

Add little water and cook for 3-4 mins

Cook until oil starts to separate, it takes around 5-7 mins.

When masala gets ready, add marinated tofu in masala and cook for 5 mins.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with parantha and Roti.
