Ingredients

  • 2 buncheskales
  • Tomato (don't like it kales but my partner won't do without it)
  • Onions (my favorite)
  • Parsley
  • Cooking oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, cut and drain water from the kales.

  2. 2

    Put oil in a pan and add onions till they turn shiny silver like.

  3. 3

    Add parsley and let it heat a little.

  4. 4

    Add kales and tomatoes. And cook for 3 to for minutes.

  5. 5

    Add salt to taste.
