Dry roast Sooji, maida, Rice Flour for 2 minutes. Transfer to mixing bowl. Add chopped Onion, green Chillies,,turmeric powder, chilli Powder, Coriander powder, Cumin seeds, Curry leaves,salt, roasted peanuts, roasted chana dal, baking soda mix well.

Add 5 to 6 spoons of hot oil mix well. Add required water make dough. Heat the Oil in a pan. Add pakoda s to hot oil. Fry medium flame till turns golden brown. Remove Gently and transfer to serving plate. Sooji Pakoda is ready. Enjoy Crispy Spicy Sooji Pakoda with tea or coffee.
