First prepare the Mini Idlis in small idli plates with Idli batter.

Preperation of Sambar in Hotel Style: First in a add little cooking oil, add mustard, jeera, fenugreek, chopped tomato, small onion. Fry properly.

In another pan add water, tamarind paste, turmeric powder, salt and fried items. cook for 10 minutes. In a mixer grinder, add chopped onion, fried dania, red chilies, jeera and grind it smoothly. Add this smooth paste in the sambar vessel. Add the baked dals.

Cook for 10 minutes. Then Restaurant style sambar is ready.

In a vessel add sambar, then add the mini idlis
