Steps

First soak the wheat in the hot water for about 4-5 hours. Then grind it in the mixer grinder and filter the wheat milk.

In a pan add the sugar, water, colour, elachi powder and make it into thick syrup.

Then add the filtered wheat milk. cook for about 40 minutes. Add ghee as and when needed.

Finally pour it in the ghee coated plated and cut into pieces.

Wheat Halwa is ready to taste.
