Blend your tomato and pepper and set on fire to steam so the water will be drained.

Set a pot of water on fire, pour rice, allow to simmer for about 5mins and wash then pour back into the pour, add required water and a little salt and allow to cook till tender then bring down.

Steam your meat and fish with curry, thyme, onion, seasoning cubes and salt, then set aside

Place a clean pot of oil on fire, add your onion and then your tomato mix with pepper. Fry for about 10mins then add your tin tomatoes and fry for another 10mins till it's dry and the oil comes up.

Add your meat stock, fish and meat and allow to simmer for about 3mins. Then add your curry leafs, stir together and bring the pot

Your stew is ready. Serve with boiled yam, white rice, or spaghetti.
