Chop onions and fresh pepper into bits in a plate, add little water and seasoning and mix properly to dissolve seasoning (maggi and salt).

Break eggs into mixture.

Add little vegetable oil into pan and put on heat, allow to get hurt then pour in mixture and fry. Flip over on both sides till golden brown.

Serve with bread, jam and a cup of beverage.
