Flaky crispy samosa dough recipe

In a bowl add the flour,salt, sugar,oil and mix well till combined.

Add the baking powder and mix till well coated with oil and looks like bread crumbs.

Then add cool water to make a stiff and rough dough but don't over knead.Dough should not be smooth.

Divide the dough into small balls and press between your palms.Cover and rest for 20mins.

After 20mins flour your work surface and roll each dough into a thin circle,divide the circle into two.

Seal with water to make a cone (triangle).Add your filling of choice and seal the edges, fry in hot oil under medium heat.
