Heat oil in a wok with nigella seeds and add chopped garlic saute till it become golden brown and soft. Add pumpkin potato cubes and shallow fry by adding salt and turmeric powder. Add spring onion piece, stir to mix and cover it with lid.

Add green chilli paste, sugar and fry for 2-3 min and spring onion fry is ready.
