Ingredients

  • 4-5tomatoes finally chopped
  • 15-20chopped cloves of garlic
  • as neededoil
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat oil and add garlic cloves in it & cook until it is brown.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes in it and cook for 4 to 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Add salt and red chilli powder and saute for 2 mins.

  4. 4

    Add 1 cup water and cook for 2 to 3 mins.

  5. 5

    Tomato garlic veg is ready to serve.
