Ingredients

  • 1 bowlvinegar
  • 10-15jalapeño
  • 3 tspsalt
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean jalapeño, make it dry, no water on it. Cut into circle, apply salt and turmeric

  2. 2

    In glass containers or air tight container take vinegar and add jalapeño

  3. 3

    From day 2 its ready to serve or used, it can be used in pizza or Italian dish and many more dishes.Can last for 2 months in freezer, 1 month without freezer
