Boiled the amla in water, keep aside. Don’t throw that water store in glass bottle with salt and pinch of turmeric as juice

Keep it on kitchen paper to absorb water. Keep it in sunlight to dry

Now in pan heat the oil,switch off the flame, lets wait to cook oil little, now add cloves and mustard daal.

Add all spices. Keep aside.

Remove the seeds from amla by separating amla petals, sprinkle salt, keep aside.

Now add that spicy oil on amla and mix well

In clean and dry glass bottle add salt at bottom then pour amla pickle for storage.
