Ingredients

  • Chicken Marinade:
  • 2Chicken (quartered)
  • 3 tspChilli Powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 2 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tspCitric Powder
  • Gravy:
  • 2Coconut milk (3 cups of Coconut milk)
  • little Salt
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/4 bunchCoriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 2Green Chillies (flaked)
  • 1 tbspCorn flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Chicken Marinade:
    Mix all except chicken, apply on chicken and let marinate for three hours then barbeque or grill it, i prefer barbequed

    Gravy:
    In a pot put coconut milk, salt, turmeric and corn flour mix well.
    Keep on flame and let it boil and thicken then add chicken pieces and cook more till gravy is thickened, kip off flame.
    Garnish with coriander and chillies.
