Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 bunchunripe plantain
  2. 2dried catfish
  3. 2balls of hot pepper
  4. 2 spoonsground crayfish
  5. 1 cuppalm oil
  6. to tasteSalt and Seasoning
  7. Bunchugu

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil dry fish with seasoning till soft

  2. 2

    Peel and cube the plantain, set aside.

  3. 3

    Add palm oil to boiling fish. Add crayfish and pepper

  4. 4

    Pour in cubed plantain. Cook on low heat till plantain cooks.

  5. 5

    Slice ugu and pour into pot. Adjust taste accordingly.

  6. 6

    Serve.
