  • 3 cupsndengu
  • 1onion
  • 5 tbscooking oil
  • 3big tomatoes
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Sort the ndengu then wash. If you have time you can soak first.

  2. 2

    For me I boiled till cooked then set aside

  3. 3

    Stir fry onions till brown then add tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Add the boiled ndengu then salt

  5. 5

    Cook for some minutes. Serve with rice or chapattis
