Ingredients

  • 1 bunchmethi leaves cleaned and chopped
  • 4potatoes cut into cubes
  • 2chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomato
  • 2 tspginget garlic paste
  • 1 tbspoil
  • As neededAll regular spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat oil add ginger garlic paste and oinon, saute it now add tomato cook it add all regular masale and mix well.

  2. 2

    Add chopped potatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes then add methi leaves and cook both together untill potatoes get soft and methi leaves are cooked well
