Heat ghee in pressure cooker saute all carrot 5 minute.

Add milk and cooked for 2 -3 whistle.

Add sugar and cardamom powder mix well, add ghee and saute again 1 minute.

Add chopped dry fruit, mix well, Halva is ready.

Now take out it from cooker and transfer into a pan, add malai, dry fruits and serve.
