Ingredients

  • 1big Mirchi
  • 1/2 tspsaunf (fennel seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander chop
  • 1 tbspPotato boiled
  • salt per taste
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspRice flour
  • 1/4 tsp asofoetida
  • Pinchsoda
  • salt per taste
  • 1/2 tsp termeric powder
  • Oil for fry
  • 50 gmCurd
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tspmusterd seeds
  • 1green chilli
  • Curry patta
  • salt chat masala per taste
  • 1 tbspSweet and sour chutney

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and wipe Mirchi. Remove seeds and vein.

  2. 2

    For stuffing:-Mix all ingredients like chopped coriander boil potato mash crushed fennel seeds roasted cumin powder black salt salt. and stuff in Mirchi.

  3. 3

    Make a batter from besan add asofoetida Chaat masala salt red chilli powder rice flour turmeric powder and pinch soda add 1 tspoon hot oil.Dip Mirchi in batter and fry.

  4. 4

    Take a curd add salt and make tadka of mustard seeds and green chilli ring curry patta.

  5. 5

    Take curd in a serving dish. Put Mirchi pakoda drizzle sweet and sour chutney green chilli sprinkle Chaat masala and garnish with curry patta.

  6. 6

    Delicious innovative Chaat is ready to serve.
