  • 1/2 kgmeat(do not cut)
  • 2carrots
  • 1onion
  • 1egg plant
  • 4tomatoes
  • 1punch of spinach
  • 1hoho
  • 8potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients together in the sufuria except potatoes and spinach

  2. 2

    Add water to cover the food and cover with the lid then boil until almost ready.

  3. 3

    Add potatoes and continue boiling,when ready Add spinach stir And serve
