Mix everything together to make a semi viscous batter (amount of spices depend on aapko kitna teekha pasand 😊)

Ready bread by removing corners and cut them into cubes..
Dip the bread in flour batter and deep fry them in oil till golden brown 😊 - 4
Heat oil in a pan (less than a tsp)
Crackle jeera and mustard seeds in it.
Add slit green chillies and curry leaves
Add a tsp chilli sauce (I added my favorite schezwan sauce).
Add little water, let it boil.
Add the fried bread cubes in it..
Mix well and serve hot with chopped coriander and lemon wedge 😇😇 - 5
Use the same above steps to make paneer 65
