Boil the three cups of light tui

Once the light tui starts boiling, add vermicelli and let it boil till it dries.

In a separate bowl, put the eggs, the thick tui, milk,sugar and cardamon powder and vanilla accence.

Once the vermicelli has dried up on the tui add it to the mixture and mix it well.

Oil a baking dish and put the mixture in it.

Bake it at 200° for 40 mins until it becomes golden.

Once it is done, cover the dish immediately until it is cool before serving.
