Ingredients

250 gboiled rice
1large cubed carrot
1hoho
1red onion chopped
2 glassesboiled peas
2large tomatoes chopped
1 tbsvegetable oil

Steps

In a sufuria fry chopped onions till golden brown

Add tomatoes and hoho, cook till a paste forms

Add the boiled peas(in salty water with baking powder to retain the green color) and boiled carrots, let it cook for 5 mins

Mix evenly with the boiled rice. Serve and enjoy
