Wash and cut bhindi in 1 inch size and keep aside

Heat oil and fry bhindis in oil till soft.takes almost 7 to 8min. Take them out and keep aside.

Now add jeera and hing to the heated left over oil. Add red chilli and dhania powder. Keep the flame low so that spices don't get burnt. Add chopped tomatoes and Salt.Cook till soft and cooked.

Now add Kaju paste and cook again till oil leaves the masala kaju also will leave oil

Add whisked curd and stir continuously and add water to adjust the consistency

Add fried bhindis to gravy. Mix and cover it and cook for 5 minute once oil comes out of gravy of the flame. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander and serve hot with phulkas, naan or rice too.
