Heat the oil like for deep frying mandazi

Put flour and baking powder in a basin

Sprinkle the hot oil bit by bit till it forms lumps and use wooden spoon to stir to avoid burning of hands

Add creamed sugar and butter and continue stirring

Beat all the eggs and add,if it has not be like that of chapati add little milk,,should be extra hard than that of chapati

Make a dough like that of chapati but should be extra hard

Let it rest for 30 mins

Then deep fry till golden brown
- 9
Serve with your favourite drink
