Heat oil in a pan add nigella seeds seeds crackle it, add onion, cooked until soft, now add tomato cook once it gets soft
Add all spices and mix well.
Now add all vegetables and mix it well.

Add little water and allow the vegetables to cook properly

Once done serve with roti.
