  • 2 cupsflour
  • 3/4vegetables oil
  • 3large egg
  • 3large carrot
  • 1 cupsugar
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • Nutella

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the carrot and cut it in to chunks, in to a blender jar add sugar, veg oil, sugar, egg and blend it till smooth.

  2. 2

    Make a hole in the flour mixture pour the carrot mixture and mix then Till smooth. Coated the pan with flour pour the batter and bake @ 180 degree /350f for 30 minutes. On till toothpicks is inserted and come out clean.

  3. 3

    In to a large bowl sift the flour, salt and baking powder and kept aside

  4. 4

    Drizzed nutella and served.
