Per boil the rice, wash and set aside, add oil to the pan, seasoning and fry the fish and set aside

Add onions to the hot oil allow to fry then add the blended tomatoes and processed tomatoes and allow to dry

Now you can add green beans and red bell pepper and onion and cover for 3mins

For the fish add the remaining of the blended peppers to a pan and add oil and onions ring with seasoning cubes and add the fish stir and cover on a low heat

And serve hot
