Ingredients

  • 250 gmpatato
  • 2tomato
  • 100 gmmatar
  • 2green capsicum
  • 1onion
  • Halftsf jeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take two tsf oil in pan then mix jeera onion grind lahsun then fry up to light brown colour

  2. 2

    Then mix haldi red mirch garlic paste... Finally mix chopped aalu matar...

  3. 3

    Add water as u wish then cover up to 20minute
